Are the jewelry water resistant?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and is water resistant.

Occasional contact (from time to time) with sea water and swimming pool water will not damage your jewelry. As long as it remains occasional.

For a long life, we recommend storing them in their pouches when you are not wearing them.

Avoid contact with perfume as alcohol is corrosive and may cause color loss.

Are the jewelry adjustable?

At Stormy Jewels all our rings are adjustable.

They fit thin and wider fingers, allowing you to vary your compositions endlessly!

How do I care for my Stormy Jewels jewelry?

Your jewelry is precious. Take care of it to preserve its shine for as long as possible.

Although they resist oxidation:


➤ Avoid frequent contact with water and chemicals.

➤ Store them in their pouches when you are not wearing them.

➤ Dry clean them using a soft cloth.

You will be delighted with their durability!

What are the delivery times?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

We ship your orders within 48 business hours after purchase. You will then receive an email with a tracking number.

La Poste will deliver your package in 2 to 4 working days.

What are the return conditions?

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.
In order to return items to us, we invite you to contact us by email at: contact.stormyjewels@gmail.com. The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery of the package. The return will not be accepted if the model is unfit for sale (damaged, used, etc.). The items must be returned in their original packaging. If applicable, the items will be returned to you, at your expense.

What is the reimbursement period?

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the refund decision. If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 7 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number of your package.

Has my order been taken into account?

Once your payment is accepted, you will be redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check your email spam folder. If necessary, we invite you to contact our customer service indicating the date and amount of the order.

Are payments secure?

We secure 100% of transactions made on our site. We use the most widely used payment platform in the world, Stripe. You can order with confidence at Stormy Jewels.
